Privacy Policy

Short version: our apps are built so that your data does not come to us. App data is processed and stored inside Atlassian's cloud; this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
1. Scope
This policy covers the pipedcreations.com website and our Atlassian Marketplace apps, including True Time in Status for Jira (the "App").
2. The App — what it accesses and stores
Data accessed
The App reads Jira issue data and issue changelogs to compute
time-in-status reports. Every read runs as the viewing user
(Atlassian's asUser authorization), so the App can never access
an issue the person viewing the report could not already open in Jira. This
data is processed transiently to build the report and is not retained.
Data stored
The App stores only the following, in Atlassian Forge storage (hosted inside Atlassian's cloud infrastructure):
- Business calendars configured by your site's users (timezone, working hours, holiday dates) and which calendar is selected. These contain no personal data.
- A per-user counter for a one-time in-app review invitation, keyed by Atlassian account ID (shown at most once, then only a dismissed/done flag).
Data egress: none
The App is built entirely on Atlassian Forge and declares no remote endpoints. Your Jira data is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and we operate no servers that could receive it. We cannot see your Jira content — at all.
Retention and deletion
App storage lives with your Atlassian site and is deleted in accordance with Atlassian's app-uninstall and data-retention policies when the App is uninstalled. You can also delete custom calendars in the App at any time.
3. This website
pipedcreations.com is a static informational site. We set no cookies, run no analytics or tracking, and host no forms. Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, user agent) for security and operations, as any web host does.
4. Email
If you email us (support, privacy, or hello addresses), we keep the correspondence so we can help you and maintain a support history. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we never sell or share personal information.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold (in practice: support correspondence). Contact privacy@pipedcreations.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes to what the App accesses or stores will also appear in the App's Marketplace listing (Privacy & Security tab).
