True Time in Status for Jira Available on the Atlassian Marketplace
How long does work really sit in each workflow status? True Time in Status reads each issue's changelog and reports time per status against a real business calendar, with every number auditable down to the day.

Every number is auditable
Click any cell in the report and see the per-day breakdown behind it; the days always sum to the number you clicked, by construction. No black-box totals, no "trust us" math. Sums, averages, and re-entry counts (×2, ×3…) for every status, plus CSV export of exactly what you see.
Business calendars that survive daylight saving
Define working hours, holidays, and timezone per calendar. Durations are computed correctly across daylight-saving transitions, the case where other time-in-status apps drift. The engine is validated against a golden test suite of DST and timezone edge cases.
Runs on Atlassian: your data never leaves
Built entirely on Atlassian Forge with zero data egress. Reports run with the viewing user's own Jira permissions, so nobody sees issues they couldn't already see, and only two read/storage scopes are requested. Includes a dashboard gadget for a saved scope and calendar.
Pricing
$0.60 per user, per month, billed by Atlassian with your existing subscription: flat $6/month for sites up to 10 users, and Atlassian's standard free evaluation period applies. No sales calls, no tiers, no feature gates.
Self-serve from minute one
A report over your recent issues runs automatically on first open, zero configuration. Scope it with the project picker or plain JQL, pick a calendar, export CSV. The documentation covers the rest, and support answers within one business day.
