End User Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Piped Creations (a registered fictitious name of Sold My Stuff Here LLC) and govern your use of our Atlassian Marketplace apps, including True Time in Status for Jira (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to them.
1. License
Subject to an active subscription purchased through the Atlassian Marketplace, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App within your Atlassian site for your internal business purposes. Billing, trials, renewals, and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace terms.
2. Acceptable use
You will not reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the App, attempt to circumvent license enforcement, or use the App in violation of applicable law or of your agreements with Atlassian.
3. Your data
The App processes your Jira data inside Atlassian's cloud and stores only minimal configuration, as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data.
4. Reports are informational
The App computes reports from your Jira issue history against the business calendars you configure. While accuracy is the product's core design goal, reports depend on the completeness of your Jira data and the correctness of your calendar configuration. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them for business, contractual, or personnel decisions.
5. Disclaimer of warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the amounts you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
These terms end when your subscription lapses or the App is uninstalled. Sections 4–6 survive termination.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the App's Marketplace listing.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
